Position Overview
As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth through strategic initiatives. Your expertise will be invaluable in shaping our customer service strategy, developing processes, and implementing best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Resolve complex customer issues, escalating concerns to senior management as necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors

Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish a plus
- Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
- Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
