Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, efficient, and personalized support at our airport locations. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that their needs are met

  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our customer service goals and objectives
  • Handle customer transactions, including check-in, baggage handling, and ticketing
  • Operate a modernized retail location system, managing inventory, and processing transactions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide information and assistance to customers, including flight schedules, reservations, and travel requirements
  • Complete forms and reports as required by the organization
  • Write incident and complaint reports as necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to type or use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job
  • Ability to understand records, follow procedures, learn and understand tagging systems, rules, and regulations
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, meet the public, and work under stressful circumstances
  • Ability to complete the Customer Service Representative training program with an 80% or higher average and pass the assessment period
  • Knowledge of hazardous situations and ability to handle crises on a case-by-case basis
  • Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve quick turnaround of aircraft
  • Ability to provide a well-groomed appearance in accordance with the Ground Service Representative Handbook and Work Understanding
  • Ability to perform all job duties within a confined space
  • Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on public address systems effectively
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in the airline industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of airline operations, including check-in, baggage handling, and ticketing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
