Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to patient inquiries in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues and concerns to their satisfaction.
  • Learn and understand arenaflex's ETM software operation, billing, and account management systems.
  • Research and resolve problems with patients' bills, updating insurance coverage as needed.
  • Print courtesy claims and itemized statements, rebill accounts after receiving insurance information, and arrange financial agreements with patients as required.
  • Perform other duties and assignments as requested by management.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously.
  • Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

While not required, the following qualifications and experience would be an asset:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish language skills.
  • Experience in retail and restaurant service, with a strong customer service background.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and patient care services.
