Job Summary

We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a live chat assistant, you'll work with businesses to respond to live chat messages on their website or social media accounts, providing exceptional support to their customers. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts, providing timely and accurate support to customers

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing) preferred

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box to provide unique solutions to customer inquiries
  • Basic English writing skills required; proficiency in grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field (e.g., sales, marketing)

  • Familiarity with live chat software and tools (e.g., Facebook Messenger)
