Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Cashier. As the face of arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and processing transactions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. If you are a people person with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative/Cashier at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
  • Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience
  • Scheduling appointments, collecting vehicle and customer information, and preparing R.O.'s (Repair Orders)
  • Arranging towing and temporary transportation, and maintaining automotive records by recording problems
  • Keeping the customer service area clean and orderly, and processing customer invoices and payments
  • Completing customer appointment reminder process, and stocking parts and supplies

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and abilities:
  • Light lifting (no more than 50 lbs.)
  • Basic data entry and computer skills
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Auto industry experience preferred but not required

Training and Support

As a new hire, you will receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role. Our training program includes:
  • Onboarding and orientation
  • Product knowledge training
  • Customer service skills training
  • Technical skills training

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $16.50 - $24.00 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses. Our benefits package includes:

Relocation Requirements

This role requires relocation to Clovis, CA 93612 before starting work. We offer relocation assistance to help you get settled in your new home.
