Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced German-speaking Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team as a contractor/freelance customer service support representative. As a key member of our client relations team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our SEO clients, managing their SEO campaigns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Represent our company and SEO product with excellent customer service, providing clear and effective communication to our clients.
- Manage the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work.
- Assign SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring seamless execution of our SEO campaigns.
What We Expect from You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced customer service professional who is fluent in German and has a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer experiences.
- Fluent spoken and written German skills are essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with our clients.
- Good English skills (for internal communication only), with the ability to communicate effectively with our team members.
- Proficiency in using standard Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs), with the ability to manage and analyze data effectively.
- Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts and ideas.
- Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards.
- Strong conflict resolution skills to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Working Hours and Environment:
We offer a fully remote work environment, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home or office. Our working hours are 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday, with no work on weekends or holidays. You will need a computer, headset, and a stable internet connection to perform your duties effectively.

Additional Notes:
This is a contract position, so you will not be eligible for traditional benefits. You must be able to work independently and manage your own time, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. You must also be a citizen or permanent resident of Ireland to be hired as a contractor in this role.
