Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service while shopping for their beloved pets. You'll be the face of our company, providing expert advice and support to our customers through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Offer expert advice on pet products and services, ensuring customers make informed purchasing decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed support

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

* Experience working in a pet-related industry or with pets

  • Knowledge of pet products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer service software and tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
