Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic remote team.   • Work with various teams to escalate issues as necessary: Collaborate with our internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless communication with our customers.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a digital environment: Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Ability to handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service: Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple chat interactions while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify solutions quickly: Proven problem-solving skills and ability to identify solutions quickly and effectively.
