The Role
As a Customer Support Executive, you'll be responsible for leading a team of representatives who will provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support. You'll create policies and procedures, oversee the customer service process, and ensure that a standardized level of service is maintained for all customers. Your expertise will be invaluable in mentoring the representatives in your team and mediating with customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a team of representatives offering customer support
- Oversee the customer service process, ensuring that it's efficient and effective
- Resolve customer complaints brought to your attention, providing timely and satisfactory solutions
- Create policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer support
- Plan and implement training programs to standardize service delivery
- Select and hire new staff, ensuring that they meet the company's standards
- Monitor the work of individual representatives and the team, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers, gathering feedback to improve service delivery
- Possess excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support and provide expert advice
- Maintain a pleasant working environment for your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
- Ability to lead a team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Knowledge of CRM systems and computer skills
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable
