Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and other communication channels
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills
  • Adhering to arenaflex's customer service standards and policies

What You Will Be Doing

As a Live Chat Support Associate, you will undergo a comprehensive training program to familiarize yourself with arenaflex's products, services, and business operations. You will then be equipped with the necessary tools and resources to provide exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and other communication channels. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Logging in to arenaflex's website live chat feature to respond to customer inquiries
  • Providing support and assistance to customers through live chat, email, and other communication channels
  • Utilizing documentation and resources to resolve common customer issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Contract Length and Rate

* Contract length: No fixed term

  • Rate: $35 per hour

Skills and Background Needed

To be successful as a Live Chat Support Associate, you will need:

  • A device able to access social media and app-based chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • 8 hours of availability per day
  • Reliable internet connectivity
