Responsibilities:

As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to customers
  • Delivering an exceptional support experience that exceeds customer expectations
  • Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers
  • Providing a memorable and delightful experience for our customers

Location Requirements:

* Must live in the United States

  • Applicants residing within a 50-mile radius of our local sites may only be considered for onsite job openings
  • For this role, applicants must reside in one (1) of the following States: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia or Wyoming.

Qualifications:

* Flexible to needs of business

  • Must have High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 18 years of age
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences

Equipment and Internet Requirements:

* You must have the following: + 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch) + Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless) + Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up + A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile) + Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment + Desk and an ergonomic chair
