Responsibilities
As a Chat Operator at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably.
- Turning conversations into leads, helping our clients generate revenue and grow their businesses.
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and applying this knowledge to improve customer experiences.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Residency: Must live within the state of Kansas.
- Computer equipment: Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
- Computer specifications: Must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher).
- Quiet workspace: Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
- Training attendance: Must be able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
- Typing speed: Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
- Gaming experience: Gaming experience is preferred, but not required.
