Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Data Entry & Call Center Operations, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, processing data entry tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This is a remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional service and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process data entry tasks, including entering patient and medication information into our pharmacy systems, while adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
- Investigate and resolve missing prescription data, decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes), and settle all data entry-related exceptions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pharmacists, to provide support and resolve issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, prescribers, and other stakeholders
- Identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as needed
- Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in our pharmacy systems, policies, and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Essential level computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing the computer + Using the mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online
- Essential web browsing skills, including:
+ Opening a browser + Writing URLs in the correct location + Using a search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online
- Middle-of-the-road keyboarding skills, including:
+ Typing at least 25 WPM + Typing by memory + Organizing records
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- 18 years old or older
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
- At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
- Middle-to-advanced level keyboarding skills, including:
+ Typing at least 35 WPM + Typing by memory + Organizing records
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
