As a BPO Associate - International Call Center / Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our global clients, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities

* Build strong and lasting relationships with customer accounts through open, interactive communication

Essential Qualifications

* At least 1 year of experience in International Customer Support

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Ability to manage customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency
  • Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills
