Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing expert support and guidance on our cloud-based applications. You'll work closely with our technical teams to resolve complex issues, identify areas for improvement, and drive initiatives that enhance the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to our cloud-based applications
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client records and charging statements to identify areas for improvement and optimize client experiences
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate clients on our cloud-based applications and services
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cloud-based technologies and applications to provide expert guidance to clients
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration, or a related field)
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or record management, working with high-profile clients
- Current, active US Government Trusted status at the TS/SCI level with polygraph
- Competitor should be 8140 compliant
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in service or account management positions
- A drive to dive into the details of a system or process to resolve client issues
- Demonstrated success in a high-speed support environment
- Exhibited achievement driving cross-functional expectations
- SQL or other database management skills
- Solid understanding of web technologies and the web
- Familiarity with cloud-based processes and capacity concepts
- Experience taking ownership and driving resolution on high-priority client issues
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong client-handling, compromise, and critical thinking skills; focus on quality in client experience
