Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing high-level support to our customers via phone, chat, and email. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and effective support to customers, resolving their issues and concerns efficiently
  • Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships to improve client retention and satisfaction
  • Diagnosing bugs and communicating customer issues or requests to the development team
  • Utilizing and navigating cloud support systems effectively, including Zendesk and JIRA
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience in customer service or support roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work with cloud support systems, including Zendesk and JIRA
  • Proven problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues and concerns
  • Must be available for scheduled shifts and willing to work a flexible schedule

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role:

  • Familiarity with support tools such as Zendesk and JIRA
  • Previous experience in a remote customer support role, with a proven ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Technical knowledge related to software troubleshooting, with a strong understanding of cloud-based systems and technologies
