Role Overview
As an Experienced Work From Home Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional sales, support, and customer service to some of America's top companies. You'll navigate client systems, update customer information and orders, and work closely with clients to resolve issues and meet their needs. With our flexible scheduling system, you'll have the ability to choose your own schedule, half hour by half hour, and select the clients you want to work with.

Requirements
* Must pass background check
- Must pass voice and other assessments
- May have to pass a computer check
- Must pass certification course
- Must provide a notarized affidavit of identity
- May have to take a drug test depending on client
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer software and hardware
- Ability to pass background check and other assessments
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
