Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our customer support team and developing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. You'll work closely with our product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that our support efforts are aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute customer support strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
  • Analyze customer feedback and support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that customer support representatives have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage complex or escalated customer issues to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support to ensure that our team is always delivering the highest level of service

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within customer support, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology organization
  • Strong understanding of customer support standards, best practices, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence partners at all levels
  • Experience in managing and growing high-performing teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to drive process improvements and decision-making
  • Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and business results
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, tagging systems, and customer support tools
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability to adjust to a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and customer support software

  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management principles
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Certification in customer support or a related field
