Job Summary
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, chat, and email. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests, resolving issues, and delighting them with your expertise and enthusiasm. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and you will be required to work variable hours to match when customers need us most.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional support to customers through phone, chat, and email
- Answer customer requests, resolve issues, and delight customers with your expertise and enthusiasm
- Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
- Work variable hours to match when customers need us most, including overnight, day, and late shifts
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality scores
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* Minimum age: 18 years old
- Right to work in India
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
- Experience working with a computer
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
- Minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
- Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment
- Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
