Key Responsibilities
As a Ticket/Gate Agent (Customer Service Representative), you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and providing a warm and welcoming experience
- Assisting customers with ticketing and baggage check-in processes
- Ensuring customers have the correct travel documentation and making gate announcements
- Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts (bags may weigh up to 70 kg)
- Working loading bridges and establishing, last, and securing aircraft doors
- Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
- Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts varying from early morning to overnight
- Working between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on seniority

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Consistently prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data
- Include diverse people, questioning, and styles
- Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Be at least 18 years of age and have the authorization to work in the United States
- Proficiency in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
- Possess basic computer literacy
- Pass a physical capacity test (PAT)
- Pass a customer service assessment
