Key Responsibilities

As a Ticket/Gate Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and providing assistance with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding processes
• Operating loading bridges, opening and closing aircraft doors, and ensuring the safe and secure movement of passengers and baggage
• Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
• Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences
• Adhering to safety and security protocols, including the handling of sensitive information and the use of airport-specific equipment

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful as a Ticket/Gate Agent with arenaflex, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in English and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic digital literacy and ability to use airport-specific equipment
• Ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT) and customer service assessment
• Authorization to work in the United States and a valid SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
