Job Summary

As a Student Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all patrons while maintaining a visibly positive and approachable composure to promote patron-employee relations. You will be responsible for greeting patrons and guests, responding to customer inquiries and concerns, and providing basic cleaning responsibilities. You will also be involved in special event set-up and operations, and will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet patrons and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Perform basic cleaning responsibilities, including trash, equipment, and laundry
• Assist with special event set-up and operations
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patrons
• Enforce facility policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to patrons and guests

Essential Qualifications

* Current American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Standard First Aid certifications (or obtained within the first 30 days of employment)

• BBP Certification (obtained within the first 30 days of employment)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

• Knowledge of facility operations and policies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
