Responsibilities

As a Remote Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to client requests and inquiries via phone and chat, providing support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Demonstrating high standards for quality service, ensuring that every client interaction is exceptional and exceeds their expectations.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, procedures, and industry trends, staying ahead of the curve to provide the best possible support to our clients.
  • Working collaboratively with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations and maintain high standards of quality service.
  • Maintaining an open communication line with Team Lead, Quality Advocate, Trainer, and Manager for support and personal development.
  • Adhering to key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality goals, striving to exceed them and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry.
  • Comparable experience in an office environment is encouraged.
  • Self-starter mentality, with the ability to manage workload efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality written content.
  • Commitment to client service and high-quality standards in grammar, punctuation, and written business acumen.
  • Professional, upbeat, and engaging oral and/or written communication.
  • Ability to develop relationships with clients, even in difficult situations.
  • Ability to advise and counsel clients in a quick and efficient manner.
  • Must be computer literate and internet savvy, with e-commerce and online shopping experience preferred.
  • Experience in Windows-based applications, specifically client relationship management tools, is preferred.
  • Excellent data entry skills, with a minimum of 45-55 wpm.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic shift environment, including weekends and evening shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, live chat, beauty or cosmetics, or call center environments.

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with client relationship management tools, such as Instant Service.
  • Knowledge of the beauty and cosmetics industry, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and products.

Equipment and Technology Requirements

* Windows-based computer, with a minimum of 40 GB of available space and 100 GB of total space.

  • Dual monitors, with a minimum screen resolution of 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) or 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p).
  • High-speed internet connection, with a minimum of 45 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed.
  • Hard-wired connection, with no wireless or WiFi connectivity.
