Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our healthcare organization by accurately reviewing and analyzing medical evaluations, inputting data into our established database, and communicating effectively with internal teams to ensure data integrity. This is a fully remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a better work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and analyze a substantial volume of medical evaluations to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Accurately input data into our established database, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics for data management purposes
• Effectively communicate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies
• Uphold strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information, adhering to arenaflex's confidentiality policies and procedures
• Decode and comprehend medical terminology utilized in evaluations, leveraging your knowledge of medical terminology and shorthand
• Execute data entry tasks with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Leverage Microsoft tools, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, to manage data and communicate effectively

Required Skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, with experience in data entry and data management

• Proven experience in data entry roles, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and stakeholders
• Ability to efficiently manage email correspondence and organize files, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Familiarity with medical terminology and shorthand is highly advantageous, but not mandatory

Qualifications

* Demonstrated experience in data entry roles, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail
