The Role
As a Remote Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via phone, SMS, chat, and email. Your primary focus will be on assisting clients with account adjustments, appointment scheduling, system navigation, and answering general questions. You will also play a critical role in de-escalating and triaging challenging situations, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle daily phone, chat, and email customer service requests originating from customers and teammates
- Communicate promptly and effectively, providing clear and concise solutions to client inquiries
- Answer basic client questions about nutrition, health, fitness, and the DEXA technology
- Assist event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics, as well as internal triaging of issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
* 5-day a week fully remote position with scheduled hours: + Sunday and Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM CST + Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST + First two weeks of training: Monday - Friday + Sundays are mandatory + Wednesdays and Saturdays off + Schedule is subject to change to accommodate business needs (ample notice provided)
- Previous, extensive Customer Service experience required
- Passion for health and wellness is a must!
Compensation and Benefits
* Expected first-year compensation at over $22/hour or $45,760 annually, including monthly bonuses
- Starting base rate: $22/hour
- Full-time team members receive $500 per month in team bonuses if we hit our monthly team revenue and individual performance goals
- All team members, regardless of status or position, are eligible for stock option grants, which are awarded based on performance annually
- Hourly and bonus compensation expected to grow as the company grows
- All base wages adjusted for inflation and cost of living changes
