Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and professional support to our customers via email, chat, and phone. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your goal will be to resolve their issues efficiently and effectively. You'll also be responsible for documenting customer interactions, updating support tickets, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document customer interactions and update support tickets in the CRM system
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as needed
- Assist customers with order processing, billing inquiries, and account management
- Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve products and services
- Stay up-to-date with company offerings, policies, and procedures

Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support, help desk, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
Preferred Skills
* Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or tech support
- Multilingual abilities (a plus)
- Familiarity with troubleshooting basic technical issues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
