Job Description:
Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Dallas. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or chat in a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding arenaflex's products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, and multiple system adaptability
- Engage with customers to ensure optimal member experience and customer service, using various engagement methods to build strong relationships
- Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and/or other accounts
- Advise customers of other products and services that may fit their needs, providing opportunities for positive customer interaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide exceptional service
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficiency in multiple systems, including CRM software and other relevant tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a remote or work-from-home environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
- Experience with sales or upselling/cross-selling
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
