The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, and you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide fantastic service over the phone, using your computer skills to research requests, track vehicle shipments, and assist with car warranties

• Escalate critical orders and offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations
• Use your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide consultative support
• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude, even in challenging situations
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Skills and Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
• Excellent computer, typing, and phone skills
• Ability to speak and type proficiently at the same time
• Strong problem-solving and consultative skills
• Solid work ethic, with a focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Michigan resident with high-speed internet access at home
• Secluded and distraction-free work environment

Nice to Have

* Degree in a relevant or related field

• Experience in the automotive industry

Schedule

* Training (requires 100% attendance): + First five weeks - instructor-led: 8 hours/day, Monday-Friday, 8am-5:30pm Eastern time + Next four weeks - hands-on calls: Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm Eastern time

• Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm Eastern time, with flexibility to work shifts as needed
