Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and compliant with company policies and procedures. You will work closely with our operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency and productivity. This is a remote position, and you will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement data entry processes and procedures
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring that all data entry activities are compliant with regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or information technology

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data entry software and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

• Knowledge of SQL and database management systems
• Experience with cloud-based data entry software and systems
• Certification in data analysis or a related field
• Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
