Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Support Officer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, understanding and clarifying customer needs to provide effective solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements
