Job Description

As a Remote Chat Support Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of remote chat support agents to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You'll be the driving force behind our chat support operations, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective resolutions to their issues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a team of remote chat support agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

  • Monitor chat support interactions to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiency
  • Analyze chat support data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes
  • Drive team performance to meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

  • 7+ years of experience in a customer support role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
  • Proven experience managing remote teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
