Job Summary
As a Part-Time Remote Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through chat interactions. You'll interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner, assist with resolving inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues. You'll also record and maintain detailed and accurate customer information and interactions, collaborate with team members to improve chat support processes and efficiency, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
