Job Summary
We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, answering phone calls, processing prescriptions, and handling cash and credit transactions. Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process prescriptions, including intake and sale of prescriptions, processing charges, and collecting payments
- Handle cash and credit transactions, including counting and recording all cash/charge records and files
- Answer phone calls, greet patients, and provide information and assistance as needed
- Maintain accurate records and files, including patient information and prescription data
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and efficient operations
- Follow all state and federal laws pertaining to the practice of pharmacy, including HIPAA, and adhere to established operating procedures
Requirements
* High school diploma or higher required; pharmacy experience a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work up to 20 hours per week, including occasional Saturdays
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer service or pharmacy setting
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and prescription management systems
- Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
