Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for entering patient information, processing prescriptions, and managing inventory levels. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter patient information, including demographic data, medical history, and insurance information, into our electronic health record system

• Process prescriptions, including verifying patient information, checking for allergies and interactions, and dispensing medications
• Manage inventory levels, including tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records
• Perform data entry tasks, including entering patient data, processing claims, and updating patient records
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient charts, medication lists, and inventory levels
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or healthcare-related role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and data entry software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a data entry or healthcare-related role

• Experience working in a retail or pharmacy setting
• Knowledge of pharmacy software and systems
• Certification in pharmacy technology or a related field
