Job Summary

We're recruiting for multiple technical customer service advisors to join our existing team. This could be the perfect job if you enjoy supporting people over the phone and working nights. As a Night Customer Services Representative, you'll be responsible for taking inbound customer calls relating to EV car chargers and providing customer support, general queries, advice, and some technical support. You'll also be working on admin tasks between calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Take inbound customer calls and provide exceptional customer support - Respond to general queries, offer advice, and provide technical support for EV car chargers - Work on admin tasks between calls to ensure seamless customer experience - Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Meet targets and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail - Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers - Leverage IT and customer databases to provide efficient and accurate support - Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals - Demonstrate reliability, self-discipline, and the ability to work alone/remotely

Essential Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience in customer service, problem-solving, and supporting the public - Proven track record of working in a customer solutions-based role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets/deadlines - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Proficiency in IT and customer databases - Reliable and self-disciplined with the ability to work alone/remotely

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment - Knowledge of EV car chargers and related technologies - Familiarity with CRM software and customer databases - Certification in customer service or a related field
