The Role

As a Live Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to customers through online chat tools like Facebook Messenger. Your tasks will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answering questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts to enhance customer experience and support business goals
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns to senior team members when necessary
