Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Support Agent to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers via live chat. Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective support to customers via live chat, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing assistance with products and services
  • Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions
  • Ensuring that customers are satisfied with the support they receive

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in using a variety of computer applications, including live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
