Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing consultative customer service and sales support to our clients through inbound and outbound calls. You'll work closely with our clients, partners, and internal teams to drive sales growth, build customer relationships, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Provide consultative customer service and sales support to clients through inbound and outbound calls

  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Utilize established sales strategies to close deals and meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experiences
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Handle sales requests and set arrangements in the most efficient way for the client, ensuring suitable pricing and processes are followed
  • Check item and arrangement precision and set exact assumptions for the client experience
  • Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to facilitate sales and arrangement completion
  • Work with Home Depot Partners and specialist organizations to facilitate deals and arrangement completion
  • Call clients to survey items and set arrangements
  • Provide consultative customer care and an easy sales insight by telephone
  • Build compatibility and trust to meet and surpass sales goals and call quality requirements reliably
  • Utilize established sales strategies to close deals effectively
  • Convey appropriate assumptions to guarantee client has been arranged for subsequent stages in the establishment cycle
  • Create deals for Administration Arrangements and finishes circle back to sit no deal valuable open doors across different geographic regions
  • Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to convey and keep an elevated degree of client care to be proactive and guarantee an issue-free requesting cycle and arrangement setting
  • Call clients in the interim (i.e., before deal and after the business cycle to close on Help Arrangements and set new and recuperation deals arrangements)

* Meet and surpass sales targets and call quality requirements reliably

  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Utilize established sales strategies to close deals effectively
  • Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experiences
  • Handle sales requests and set arrangements in the most efficient way for the client, ensuring suitable pricing and processes are followed
  • Check item and arrangement precision and set exact assumptions for the client experience

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve issues and improve customer experiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the home improvement industry or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and PC capabilities
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity and customer satisfaction
