Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry / Back Office Executive at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

- Processing pension forms, salary forms, and payment transactions using our system
- Reviewing and verifying data entries for completeness and accuracy
- Providing regular details of payments to relevant stakeholders
- Transferring data from Excel and PDF formats to our system efficiently
- Maintaining confidential records in compliance with company policies
- Managing and organizing the inbox, responding to client queries through emails
- Processing loan application forms and verifying data accuracy
- Verifying KYC documents and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conducting online forms processing accurately and efficiently
- Liaising with clients and supervising the team to meet client deliverables
- Resolving client queries effectively
- Preparing timely management information system (MIS) reports
