A Day in the Life

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your typical schedule will be Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM EST. Your role will involve conducting outbound calls and emails to prospective clients, using a provided script to deliver strategic brand messaging. You'll quickly engage and build rapport with gatekeepers and decision-makers, understanding their needs and sharing accurate information to effectively promote our client's product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and build rapport with gatekeepers and decision-makers to understand their needs and share accurate information.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Identify and nurture potential leads in the healthcare industry to contribute to the company's growth.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A strong educational foundation is essential for this role.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Build rapport quickly with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Take initiative and work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to Overcome Objections and Handle Rejection: Stay motivated and focused in the face of challenges.

Additional Education or Experience

While not required, additional education or experience in cold calling, sales, or marketing would be a valuable asset in this role.
