Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Building long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions
  • Meeting team KPIs, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, including the latest software, hardware, and industry trends
  • Working securely with customers' sensitive information, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies
  • Applying the latest customer happiness practices, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive experience
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of arenaflex's client products and services, providing expert support and guidance

Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in both French and English (C1 written and spoken for both languages)
  • Experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Analytical and research skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions
  • A positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • A personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)

Nice to Have

* Experience with CRM systems, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management principles

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, with a passion for learning and growth
