Key Responsibilities

As a Facebook Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Logging into the company's Facebook account to manage customer interactions and respond to customer inquiries
  • Issuing discount codes and providing support on products, prices, and policies
  • Working independently to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Following provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer support
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring that customer issues are resolved promptly

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and manage customer interactions effectively
