Job Summary

We're seeking an entry-level customer service representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a customer service representative, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries, concerns, and issues. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Salesforce

  • Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
