Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Delta Customer Support, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering calls and responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling client requests and resolving issues in a fair and efficient way
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information on flights, routes, and schedules
  • Recognizing and escalating critical issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Responding to messages and emails in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Screening flights and making reservations as needed
  • Collaborating with our SOC team to provide seamless support to our clients

  • The ability to perform multiple tasks in a high-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to work late nights, weekends, and varied hours as required by the Call Place schedule
  • The ability to learn, understand, and communicate the terms of our Agreement of Carriage
  • The ability to become proficient in various software and reservation systems used by arenaflex

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field
  • Knowledge of the travel and transportation industry, with a focus on Delta Airlines
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
