Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, or business) preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or virtual environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
