Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team in a remote data entry role. As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the operational efficiency of our server farm and data entry systems. You will work closely with our IT Offices Group to ensure the functional manageability of our basic framework that supports our airport communication spaces.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide IT administration of all site executions, inventories, foundation planning, accompanying, preventive maintenance systems, and break/fix services for server farm basic framework, IT lab, and remote communication room basic climate hardware.

• IT support of IT labs to align our client application and designing teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their application.
• Remote coordination with professional services responsible for basic framework support and break-fix exercises at remote communication rooms.
• Management, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of all basic offices framework for server farm and remote communication room gear.
• Advancement of server farm and remote communication room guidelines for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT framework.
• Support IT Offices grounds fiber ring to maintain the reliability and service continuity of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring.
• Suggesting and executing departmental arrangement, rules, principles, and techniques.
• Ensures compliance with all governing corporate norms and rules.
• Project management of server farm and remote communication room principles capital enhancements, upgrades, and improvements.
• Determination of IT and basic offices services, ensuring accurate documentation, getting best costs for items and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual commitments.
• Oversees the plan, execution, and vendor support of the proper electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor support, and cabling programs for communication rooms.
• Provide proactive and break-fix support for alarm/ticket remediation related to offices, remote communication rooms, lab, and server farm gear.
• Functional manageability of airport basic climate framework.
• Foster Plan Principles for Remote Communication Room Space, UPS, central air, Generators, and Fire Life and Safety (FLS) frameworks.
• Remote coordination of airport basic infrastructure support and break-fix exercises.
• Audit/Store Support Records. Ensure discrepancies are remediated.
• Provide remote Episode Management goal to airport basic hardware.
• Provide remote installation, setup, and operational support.
• Maintain strict adherence to change control exercises.
• Balances multiple needs within established time constraints
• Adaptability to help an activity with fluctuating movements, extended hours, and available to come in to work requirements.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or 5 or more years of significant experience

• IT Project Management experience with (at least 2 years) within a high availability communication room or potentially server farm working environment, everyday operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment
• Knowledge of server farm technology and basic offices framework
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliably focuses on safety and security of self, others, and personal data

Preferred Qualifications

* Four-year college degree or 5 or more years of significant experience

• IT Project Management experience with (at least 2 years) within a high availability communication room or potentially server farm working environment, everyday operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment
