Our Customer Service (CS) team is dedicated to delivering exceptional interactions with our customers, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our Latham CS Mastering & Improvement (L&D) group in Alphaville.

Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data records, ensuring seamless communication between our CS Operations Latham and global CS Learning and Development (L&D) teams. You will work closely with our regional CS L&D team to develop effective learning reports, facilitate training sessions, and build strong partnerships with our outsourced call center partners.

Key Responsibilities

* Program Management: + Outline, document, and maintain the scope of all local L&D tasks + Create, manage, and maintain task plans + Develop a trusting partnership with outsourced call center partners and be a valuable point of contact for trainers

• Learning Content Development/Educational Design:

+ Conduct gap analysis for performance and education opportunities + Develop and implement training curriculum for tool-based technical and behavioral soft skills + Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross-functional stakeholders to create accurate and globally valid training materials

• Facilitation:

+ Deliver training sessions in face-to-face and virtual environments to leadership audiences + Pilot newly designed curriculum and provide feedback + Run train-the-trainer programs for call center trainers

• Stakeholder Management:

+ Build and foster strong partnerships with regional CS colleagues and be an effective voice of the local L&D team + Collaborate with other business leaders to transform operational opportunities into L&D opportunities

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience designing soft skills and equipment learning solutions, including onboarding programs for various levels of call center agents, senior call center representatives, rising leaders, and senior executive audiences

• Experience designing and facilitating learning services that range from 15-minute learning to multi-week classroom programs
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMSs) and virtual learning strategies and tools is a plus
• Strong facilitation experience in various teacher-led programs for diverse audiences and training skills
• Project management experience, ability to collaborate with a team and stakeholders, communicate effectively, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented, data-driven environment
• High level of independence and ability to work and manage own time efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in instructional design or a related field, Master's degree a plus
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, Spanish a plus
• Experience working in a cross-cultural global environment is a plus
• Experience with content/knowledge management is a plus
• Experience designing education curriculum for service, retail, or call center managers/leaders is a plus
• Experience with innovative facilitation tools is a plus
