Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles, identifying and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents, and performing various other tasks related to trade reconciliation, corporate activity processing, and returns activity. You'll also be responsible for analyzing complex issues, testing and validating new technology enhancements, and communicating with external partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles

• Identify and address breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents
• Process corporate activity activities, settle and reconcile transactions, and process returns activity
• Analyze complex issues and provide recommendations for resolution
• Test and validate new technology enhancements and provider modifications
• Communicate with external partners and stakeholders via email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce
• Perform other tasks related to trade reconciliation, corporate activity processing, and returns activity

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the financial industry or a related field

• Knowledge of trade reconciliation, corporate activity processing, and returns activity
• Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems
• Certification in data entry or a related field
