Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Performing data entry processes into our database with accuracy and efficiency
- Completing assigned tasks and projects in a timely manner
- Processing special and recurring reports and administrative records
- Verifying and correcting information, codes, and account numbers as necessary
- Ensuring complete and accurate data entries into the system
- Comparing data entered with source documents and resolving system edits concerning invalid data
- Making copies of required documents
- Filing documents when applicable
- Maintaining a production sheet of work completed on a daily basis
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
- Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
