The Role
As a Data Analyst at Arenaflex, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission by analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of our data.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data visualization tools to support business decision-making
- Design and implement data quality control processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of data
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our data analytics capabilities
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in R, Python, or other languages
- Experience with SQL, data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI), and data warehousing technologies (e.g. AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field
- Master's degree or PhD preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, and other advanced analytics techniques
- Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Certification in data science, data analytics, or a related field
